My Bio
I was raised, like many Midwestern kids, with a deep respect for values that endure—faith, family, and hard work. While my parents were not perfect, they gave me lasting gifts: a loving home, a belief in God, and a work ethic that continues to shape my life and my career.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Utah. Over the years, my professional journey has included increasingly responsible leadership roles in human resources within public and higher education. Most recently, I have had the privilege of training and mentoring emerging leaders as they prepare for their careers in the biomedical industry—work that I find deeply satisfying.
Personal growth is the driving force in my life. I am a lifelong learner and passionate reader, endlessly curious about human potential and the principles that help people flourish. More than acquiring knowledge, I strive to apply timeless lessons to real-world challenges. I'm inspired by some of the world’s most respected thinkers.
